Here is the missing link
Sorry folks, never included the link 😳.
A bit of a brain fart moment, we are child minding today, tried to post while watching the same episode of “Peppa Pig” for the 100th time 🤣.
Cheers @N2STY

Love a good bit of Peppa Pig lol
Me too !.
But I think I have O.D.d ( over dosed) on it today, my wife has just managed to get me come in from the garden, where I was splashing around in a muddy puddle.
Which would have been acceptable, but I was on my own !.
I really need to lie down in dark room for a few hours with some calming music playing in the back ground and the curtains drawn closed !.
I was having some bacon for my tea, but I have decided not to bother, just in case it’s starts me off again🤣.

🤷🏻‍♂️ More miles, more tyres, more tax ...
"Usage taxation" ?
You would think that's the easiest way?
Sounds like it's the cheap tyres that get taxed more in this scenario I think they're just in the big wooden spoon stage at the moment

Cheapest tyre with a flat rate tyre tax is still the cheapest tyre 🤷🏻‍♂️

I reckon this is the next big thing to address. I've seen some research on two fronts - devices to collect the particles produced as tyres wear (developed by a UK uni IIRC), but that means the particles are still "in the wild", you've got to do something with them. I've also seen research looking at ways of making tyres from more organic/biodegradable materials meaning the particles will naturally degrade.

Yes but cheap tyres generally wear out quicker so you end up playing more
That's not new though?

I thought they already did naturally degrade?
Ah you said the particles... right👍
