HI, Mine was delivered with 5miles on the clock & had several chips & a scratch. I sent it back. This is seemingly the flawless undetectable repair done by the dealer. 🫣 I am now in the process of exercising my short term right to reject.

You can also make a complaint through the financial ombudsman service, Best start with the garage customer service team, Then manufacturer customer services,then escalate it, but I'm pretty sure it'll be sorted quickly.

I presumed(possibly wrongly) That specifying a factory order vehicle, ordered a couple of weeks ago would be a MY23 as it would still be in the factory, I'm not too sure when the first MY23 started arriving, to be honest.

I think my issue is, although I would prefer a black roof, my payments are higher because I specifically chose a factory order, as I wanted the very latest version, rather than a stock vehicle that may have been sitting for a while. so I'm not sure where I stand if it's delivered with a black roof.
