Me and my wife recently took a trip/holiday to Scotland in my ZS Hybrid +.
The trip started from Stourbridge West Midlands to Cockermouth, Carlisle, Fort William, Fort Augustus, Inverness, Carlisle again, Liverpool and finally back to Stourbridge.
We did the trip over 5 days, covered 1034...
I took my ZS Hybrid + alone the M42, A42 to East Midlands Airport in July and I managed to do 55 mpg. The engine ticked over at 2700 rpm at 70mph, when the electric kicked in the revs dropped to 1700 rpm. The car was fully loaded with 4 people and 4 large cases in the boot.
Me and my wife (she has a ZS Hybrid + has well) have found this out has well.
My wife found out if you are in the reverse gear put the car into neutral first before applying the park button.
We are scheduled to stop over at Carlisle before and after going to Scotland plus stops in between. I am quite happy how the car goes on the motorway, 2 months ago travelling to East Midlands airport my ZS had 4 people and 4 cases I still managed to do 55 mpg whilst doing 65-70 mph
I’m planning a journey in my ZS Hybrid + from the West Midlands to Scotland. Stopping in Fort William, Loch Ness and Inverness.
Planned route 1000 miles.
I’ve got a ZS Hybrid + and sometimes I’ve noticed when I’m stationary at traffic lights I can see in the reflection of the paint work of the car in front of me my hazard lights flash very quickly. I have since found out that it’s a feature from MG that it’s warning a car behind me is approaching...
I’m happy with the wireless charger, I’ve got an iPhone 14 and I’ve positioned it so the phone camera lens over hangs the charger and the top of the phone is up against the side so the phone doesn’t move about too much, the charger is only 8mm thick.
On Tuesday I drove for an hour along the M42...
I’ve just added this wireless CarPlay and wireless charging set up to my ZS Hybrid +.
Just need to find a way to tidy up the cables a bit.

True it’s not an issue. I’ve found out it depends how much you’ve got in the battery. I’ve gone up inclines and the car has gone up 3/4 and the engine kicks in and the next day the same incline but the car goes up on the battery only. Also I don’t excellerate when going up an incline I keep my...
The number 2 in the box isn’t the what gear your car is in but the regenerative number .
When you take you foot off the accelerator pedal your car puts electrical charge back into the battery and the number on the dash is the rating of regen 1 less 2 normal and 3 high.
Hope that helps
I updated my app (IOS) this morning too, it logged me out but I managed to recover by using my phone number and selecting UK from the drop down box and knocking off the 0 on my phone number. I then clicked resend password, reset password by authentication code sent by text.
Then I found the app...
