Ismart is working ok from my android phone.

Definitely, mine was down to 2.3 mi/kWh in freezing conditions, now up to 3.9 mi/kWh (MG5).

I eventually found the option to logoff under settings and after logging on again it works!!

I seem to get the message every 2 months, logging into the app doesn't fix the problem it leaves the app unbound and the car bound so I have to get MG to unbind the car.

My experience of the ismart app on my MG5 trophy is: It works ok for 2 months, Then I get 'token expired' message, After logging into the app the app wants to bind with the car but the car says it's already bound. I get MG to unbind the car, I can then get past the qr step but when I enter my 4...

I've noticed on my 6 month old MG5 trophy that if I do short trips of 1 or 2 miles the range drops by 1% per mile suggesting 100 m range and the car stats show 2.3m/kWh! The best I've had on a 35m trip was 3.7m/ kWh which is close to the predicted range (temp 12c).

I have the same car and have been unable to find any information on using voice commands, it would be useful if it worked!

I had to ask mg support to reset my account to fix the problem. Good luck.

Thanks for your update, I've found that using the navigation option will temporarily restore the button function. I think the problem started after I tried android auto.

I've had a lot of problems with the ismart app on my MG5, if the car is already bound MG support can unbind it, they can also reset your account to allow you to start again. Good luck.

I recently bought a MG5 trophy long range, 4 months old and thought I had a good deal with £11k off the new price but when I entered the registration on 'we buy any car' it valued it at £15.6k, less than half price!

My MG5 long range only does 1 mile per 1% of charge on short trips (1-2 miles) in cold weather but nearly 4 miles per 1% on long trips.

MG did a reset on my account which then allowed me to enter my four digit key, all ok for the moment!

The left button should be a shortcut to the AC screen which it was for the first few weeks after I bought the car but it now switches the AC on/off duplicating the middle button function. Is this a known problem? Do I need to reset something? Car is MG5 trophy 6 months old.
