You paint these in situ.Mask around the badge, spray four coats of paint and then peel the excess away.It is a very satisfying process when the finished badge is revealed.Have a look at plastidip on youtube.Plenty of how too video's showing how to apply

Or you could try Plastidip.I used the glossy version.

The wonders of plastidip.I had the black stick on badge but didn't like it, a bit to bulky. I did the back as well, but may do it again as its not quite perfect.

Inspired by Sherodub i went ahead with ordering the fangs after deliberating over these for some time.I think they really improve the front of the car, particularly with the blue paintwork.

If you are not quick enough with the home button, press the brake pedal, to power the car up, then power down again. Did this a couple of times before I found out the home button sorts it.
