Martin online I followed your guidance and calibrated the BMS as you described. What a difference it has made. I hadn't been balancing the battery regularly, so definitely will in the future.

I drive an MG4 LR and the range I am getting at the moment is disappointing. I know that in colder weather the range drops off but right now it seems excessive. The quoted range for this model is 281 and in the summer months it goes above 300. At the moment it's dropped to 163 on 100% battery...

When I checked in I complained about the charge and was told someone had put extras on there, air con service, brake service etc. Car's only done 5K so just had the normal service, cost £88.

The slider for Intelligent Battery heating was already on, so don't think that's that's the problem.

I went through all the menus on the car, and even searched the owner manual, but couldn't find how to start battery heating.

I've driven around locally to different network masts and it's not working still.

I guess I could try driving to a different location and see if it makes any difference. My mobile signal at my home is moderate but don't normally have any problems and I can access the internet on my mobile data, no problem.
