BP Chargemaster/Pulse timed charging seems to be working fine now, but you definitely need an updated BMS, OBC and possibly EVCC. A few configuration settings also need to be correct. I think it is correct that both the OBC and EVCC may both need to be updated for timed charging depending on ones current version, but I am suspicious that there may be other elements to this. I had the OBD updated so I could charge unlocked, but my EVCC was not updated to the latest version...
