I've just dropped my ZS II to check all firmware (due to a niggle that I'm pretty sure is h/w rather than s/w). I took a screen grab of all the firmwares prior to leaving it with them, and will grab it again when they have apparently applied every update they can.

You've made up your mind already, and now everything will be confirmation bias. You'll be looking for the next problem, and every tiny thing will only justify your opinion...

Same here. Plugged in for a charge, walked half a kilometre away from the car, decided to look at the app, ran all the way back thinking it was on fire or something. Nope... Should have checked here first.

First time today I've let it go under 20%. At 17% it gave me the equivalent of a fuel light. I don't know how much I trust the "remaining miles" counter to see if I can drive it to work (where there are cheap chargers) vs. stick some in at home... It's certainly not given me the number of miles...

Not me, and I've never seen anyone else use it. I think it only makes sense when someone doesn't mind giving up their space at a charger, which sadly is virtually never. When people need to charge - they need to charge! Zap-map is great, though I've never been clear for some chargers around me...
