    New S5 Owner checking in

Part of speed limit issue is not related to 'speeding' as such, the S5 has speed limit recognition and so it can easily pickup unwanted speed limits from side streets, and it also can misinterpret 'true' speed limit. The reason you would want to turn the intrusion off is that in that case (if...

    New S5 Owner checking in

Welcome, 3 month S5 owner here also new to EVs. I love mine, yes it has quirks, don't they all 😆 European, Chinese, or whatever EVs are moving targets right now and the S5 is a tip into where the quality is meeting the price very well indeed in my opinion. Three Months In An S5

Disconnecting 12v pb battery - 12v socket fuse

I can confirm, all was okay. I did get the same steering thing. Full lock right and left took the warning away. No other warning after that, until the full lock was done; driver safety systems were reported offline on drivers console. Fuse changed, 12v socket... Was not easy to reach, required...

Disconnecting 12v pb battery - 12v socket fuse

Is there any concerns with disconnecting the 12v pb cell that people have experienced? Aside from ensuring isolation of both ends, shorts, etc.... following user manual guidance of course. Has anyone had any issues with reboot/reconnect. Memory issues after such? Anything else?

    Merry Xmas MGS5

I love mine, had it nearly two months now. Beautiful drive, I get a good 3.9 mls per kWh, less if I blast the heating but I expected that. Good range even though it's cold weather right now. Heated seats and wheel are brill! Performance is 😆 amazing Dealer was brill with a warranty issue...
