No it can’t be that, as it occurred whilst driving on the M1 & A1M motorways.

Since reconnecting my wireless Carlink 5 dongle, Apple CarPlay has been working fine. This is the first time i have had a steady connection from my iPhone to the MG4 (wireless or cable) since purchasing the car a year ago.

I have the IPhone 16 pro and due to the connection issues ive had (as per this thread) with my old iPhone 14 Pro Max i have gone back using my Carlink 5 wireless dongle. During the repairing/set-up i updated the Carlink firmware and increased the delay time from 20s to 40s and so far so good.

Following on from my first post on this thread, my car had its first service yesterday at the MG dealership in Leicester. I informed them about the issue with connecting my iPhone via Apple CarPlay, they said they will look into it. On collecting the car, they gave it a clean bill of health...

Hi everyone, May be a simple answer, but….. how do you set & operate the speed limiter on the MG4 (not cruise control, as i know how to use this). Also is the speed limiter automatic, i.e. uses the built in camera to read the road side speed signs. Thank you in advance!
