I made the wee gradient up from Applecross village to the turn off for the campsite the first time I tried it. The next day I cycled to the walled garden and back. The bike (or me) kinda stalled and I just had to push most of the way up until the gradient eased off a bit near the top.

Well I nearly had haggis a couple of days ago but I finally had it tonight with tatties and sprouts. I shall endeavour to find some turnip tomorrow so that I can have the other half haggis with the correct regulation accompaniment.

I bought an air fryer and tried it for a few weeks. But I just found it a bit awkward or footery as we say here. I’ve passed it on to my Daughter.
