The non delivery of cars is not Vanarama fault. However they are at fault for being absolute rat bags in dealing with us.
All we wanted was to be told if it wasn't delivered on time we wouldn't be expected to pay 80 pound a month more for 3 year out the blue from what we agreed.
Then all we...
Finally others are seeing the pain that I have had to endure over the past year with Hotlush. A pointless character continually quoting nonsense as if some sort of Vanarama legal expert...
Anyway for info I've cancelled the order, didn't pay the 350. Offered to take it off the wall and post...
I have to disagree, I am all for not paying the charger if they change the terms, but if the car appears on your driveway at the price agreed then 10 days later you return it I don't think you can expect a free charger out of it?
There will be no update. No build date. No nothing.
Then come April it will be the same as before, pay the extra 80 a month for 3 year or pay for the charger.
Or the cars won't ever exist so it will then be take an alternative vehicle from us at whatever price it is, and if not then pay...
@Vanarama ..... Just cancel all our orders, write off the electric chargers cost. Move on.
Lease the cars when you physically have them and get 180 odd a month more than you are going to get from us. It is boring now. Time to wrap it up and move on with your Vanarama life and just accept us...
Does this mean any other information posted on the forum IS accurate if you haven't been on here and corrected it?
For example a while back someone said they had been told by you that the cost of the charger will be waived as a gesture of goodwill if the car isn't here in time for this grant...
If I was vanarama I would have put on the email "if your order is pending it will revert to the original terms as agreed."
Since it didn't say that, I am expecting some sort of horseplay to occur in the forthcoming phonecall / email, whereby I am still being ripped off in some way...
We will...
I agree it is a ridiculous proposal, that's why I made it. As it does exactly mirror what they have said to us.
However you seem to accept their proposal as not ridiculous some reason?
Interesting take on things. Obviously unable to justify why you feel this way so
I dont appreciate my...
That's great.... also just for info my circumstances have changed since we signed the contract, my wife was giving me a grant of £70 per month but she has withdrawn it due to the delay. So I will only be paying £230 per month. I will send you am updated contract to this effect. If you want to...
