Swipe down on car screen and turn off DATA. This cuts off the connection to SAIC servers and stops the problem, for now. If you wish to continue using iSMART app remotely, re-enable DATA every time you park the car. Then turn it off before driving.

This infotainment system lag should not trigger AEB. Is your front collision sensitivity set to the default High? Reducing it to Medium or Low should drastically reduce such false emergency braking.
