Mine hasn't been working since yesterday afternoon here in Oz.

I have reinstalled the ismart app and the battery target triangle (old version in Oz) is back.

My problem occurred after the mrs took over the app for a few days...........

Yes, I still have the battery charge slider in the car.

Yeah, that could be a reason. But the target charge triangle was there for months before it disappeared.

Yeah, no updates available in Ozmate. We are always behind you guys with the MG4. Apart from the undertray fix.

No, you should be able to use all the app functions remotely (except the digital key) as long as you have an internet connection.

I didn't realise our apps were so different.

Thanks, I am hoping to get the phone app to work like it used to so I can set the max charge remotely.

A few days ago the Charging Management "target" triangle disappeared from the app. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling no joy. It's an Essence/Trophy 64 in Aust. Anyone else find this?

Turning on GPS location on my android phone was the issue for me. I could unlock but couldn't start unless location on.

MG servers now working it seems. Got my ismart password reset. Happy days.

Exact same problem for me in Sydney. "Service not available, try again later....." I had used a google strong password but can't find it anywhere. No reply from MG via email yet. Password reset worked for me just now.

Thanks Rolfe. Been trying in good reception areas for 24 hours now. Wondering if the servers are not responding to lost password requests atm. I have contacted MG for advice via email.
