Has anyone had issues with the MG iSMART app? The last few days, we can’t get on it to set up a charge for the car. It just keeps saying it’s failed and to try later? We have used different phones, uninstalled & reinstalled the app & restarted phones to no avail! Its frustrating!

Hi all. My LR ZS has sent me a message on the Mg app saying that the airbag has sent a warning & the alarm has been triggered?? Has anyone had the same happen? Car is due to go in for its annual service on the 27th July, but I’m worried that the airbag could go off while I’m driving! Any help ?

Ever since they’ve updated the app we have had nothing but problems with it. I can’t get it to work at all at the mo! Not very good customer service from MG

This happened to me aswell. The only thing that solved it was disconnecting the 12v battery then reconnecting it. Hope that helps you aswell Try disconnecting the 12v battery then reconnecting it. It’s the only thing that worked for me
