Yep, I had this issue. Took it back and dealer had another go at updating software - which fixed it. The lower the battery the worse the top speed.
(In fact, this was after the dealer's second attempt, the first had stopped the rapid charging working - fortunately I caught this when it was only...
I've similar. I've always found the following works:
Leave car unlocked, plug in and (if necessary) tell charger to start charging, car won't charge as it's unlocked so charger goes into delayed charge mode, lock car and walk away.
The one near Norwich is a better design. They've lifted the shops up and put most of the chargers underneath. (I think they've done the same with Gatwick.) It means less space is needed, but also provides some lovely views. For what is essentially a services, it's actually a nice place to be.

I had this on September after a service. I sent it back to the garage and they did another bunch of software updates. This (unfortunately) resulted in reduced power and the car struggling to go above 50mph. After another bunch of updates the car was fixed.
Hassle your dealer enough and they'll...
Took my MG4 here for it's first service. After which it wouldn't rapid charge (fortunately discovered close to home). Took it in again and they fixed the issue, but in doing so stopped the car from going above 40-50mph. Took it in a third time to be sorted. They still choose not to update the...
My daily commute is quite early and only about 20-25 minutes. Pre-heating using mains lece isn't an option.
Winter absolutely kills my efficiency. By the time I've heated the car enough to de-ice/de-mist it I'm down to 2 mi/kWh and the 20 mins at 65 mph gets it back up only took about 2.8.
It...
I had no issues with the camera etc. last winter, just made sure I cleaned the windscreen well.
The lack of an ICE creating heat meant keeping the windscreen wash from freezing was a challenge.
Have you had it serviced recently?
My dealer services my car a few weeks ago and were inept enough to kill the rapid charging.
That got fixed a couple days ago but now I have the issue with limited power over 50mph.
Also, no regen braking.
Try this:
No schedule on charger, set to fast.
Set schedule on car. (Ensure start time is correct after setting end time.)
Leave car turned on.
Plug in cable to charger (if untethered) and then to car.
Charger should try to charge and then go to delayed charge. Set this point lock the car to...
No luck here - bone dry. I'll try to charge again later today I'm case it was a temporary issue (for example water that has since dried).
I've got it booked into the dealer in a couple of weeks.
Just to update folk, in case others have this issue. Car went back to the dealer today. They updated...
