Some questions for clarification:
Where is the "backup" position for the key?
Does the OEM sat-nav use Google maps? I'm in South Africa but the car thinks it's from Aus so the map set I can see on the sat-nav is Australian right now.
Thanks for the link. Spare key was in the car at the time. Going to take the spare key out and try again.
Update: Was exactly per your link @UKenGB - thank you. Car was detecting a key (the spare) still in the car and preventing me from locking the key in the car. Mystery solved.
Please can someone else try this and tell me if it’s expected behaviour.

In South Africa we get the same but with an Aussie plug on the end so an adapter is needed. Also the sat nav has no maps and the nearest dealership shows as in Perth. Assuming a s/w update will bring a fix shortly
I guess safety first if there's no auto-stop like an electric window has. My 1st soft-top, so learning a lot.

Why, given all that lovely screen real estate, does the reversing camera take up a thin sliver of one screen? Am I missing an setting/option? This is my 'mid-life...

long press or double press to open/close roof. Why hold it in throughout the operation? Nobody wants a half open/closed roof.
