I have noticed several times now that if I am in heavy traffic on the motorway after a while both amber lights on both wing mirrors stay on and do not turn off when there are no cars in either side lane
They do go off when you stop and turn the car off and work as normal until heavy traffic...

Disconnecting the 12 v battery did not work
First problem was getting a garage to take it in for repair
5 weeks later I got it back
It had to go to Birmingham to take the battery out as dealer did not have the jack for a long range battery

I had trouble with my card and I know that from time to time it needs to go in a card reader so that the pin can get verified
However my son told me to use Apple Pay on my phone as it never requires a pin

When my car went in for its annual service I asked about updating the sat nav and was told updating that was an extra -£120
So I asked on here and was able to do it for FREE
I purchased my MG ZS EV from here and nice people
But I got an email from MG last week saying that they were no longer MG dealers but I could still go to them for warranty repairs

He was unable to fix the issue and said the car needed to be taken to a MG main dealer for repair.

I had the same issue as you and they talked me through everything in a couple of minutes

I broke down on my drive on Sat 4th Nov with the error message Vehicle Control Fault on my ZS EV
I called MG Assistance where an AA mechanic turned up. After trying all he could he said that it needs recovering to MG.
imagine my surprise when my local dealer where I recently had it serviced...
I started off with this scheduled charging issue
I called zappi support who are excellent
Their main point was only use zapping or the car to control he scheduled charge - don’t program both or the car gets confused
On the charging piece I thought chargers at home had a 10 minute delay set in case everybody plugs in at the same time as they get home from work
