Thank you for your replies. It is still under warranty so I will phone the service manager at MG Guildford and get it booked in.

The auto hold has an identical issue. It also occasionally fails to engage.

The EPB on my ZS EV sometimes fails to engage. I bring the car to a stop, by using regenerative braking and the foot brake. I then operate the EPB switch and you can hear the brake motor whirr but the brakes don’t stay on. Its just had its first service and there was no fault code registered...
