    I've got a first generation smart meter, so I was concerned I might have the same problem switching to my supplier's EV Tariff (EDF). It turned out to be ok and they even managed a split tariff giving me a competitive fix on the gas part as well.

    Software update just installed

    Is your phone IPhone or Android? I've been told voice activated calls don't work with Android phones unless you use Android Auto, ie wired rather than Bluetooth.

    Same issue here with my MG4 Trophy. Wasted an entire afternoon at the dealership as they are clueless!
