    You could be right as a camera has 4 wire, 2 for power and 2 for the camera video signal.

    I think brakes are part of the wear and tear like tyres. But they should last longer than 2 years.

    Looking at the photos on the eBay link, the white connector has 4 pins the same as the blue one.

    Looks like it is a coaxial cable connector with centre pin and outer circular ring so could be the radio antenna or GPS connection...
