I think you are talking about the older 9" screen, mine is the 10.1" flat screen and does not have a dial pad :unsure:

Yes, it doesn't take much to write a car off these days. My father was a panel beater and as a kid, all our cars were write off's that he bought from the insurance companies and fixed up.
