Could you please explain what GOM means.

I am getting quite confused. I have a 73 plate ZS EV standard range. Each time I charge it up fully on my Zappi home charger I end up with different estimates of remaning miles. It varies from somewhere in the 160s to over 190. Is this normal?

I have just switched from a Samsung Andriod phone to a Google Pixel 8a. I have installed the Ismart app and tried to log in, but the log in button is greyed out. I have tried changing my password, cleared the cache, and uninstalled and reinstalled again. The result has been the same each time...
