I've had this, although not on the move. There is a button on the remote for the boot, which, in my case, just seems to unlock the boot, but not actually open it. With the key in your pocket it is relatively easy to press it without realising.
Just watched it on iPlayer. The usual in-depth (not) article for breakfast television. I have to agree about the lane keeping, once or twice I have had to stop it from steering me into trouble. It has great difficulty where the lines are worn or faded, also somtimes detecting an arrow on the...
It was that or green, the only ones in the showroom and after the test drive I wasn't going to wait 3 months for delivery. The salesman said that the matt green was a real pain to clean, so Camden Grey it was... Certainly a better colour than my silver gray Mundano.
I would go with the earlier suggestion of Chips Away. They are not cheap, but the quality (from our local Reading branch at least) is immaculate. They quoted £1500 for a repair that cost the insurance company £8000 . Chips Away also said that colour matching is no problem, especially on a new...
Had this when it came back from service last week, including an update of the info system. Service suggested lock the car with the key (not the door button) and unlock it again. To my astonishment that worked (for a week so far at least).
I fell for this one. The button you need is off the bottom of the screen. The window will scroll if you swipe up from the bottom.
No promises, but worked for me.
The EV charger should have a setting to limit the power taken, monitored by the CT on the incoming mains cable. If the total load would exceed the fused supply (in your case 60A) it should reduce the charging rate accordingly. I had to have this (Zappi) until the DNO came and changed the...
We went for an untethered Zappi. Installation by a local electrician who specializes in EV.
Works fine great WiFi range and the cable wraps around the box. Went for untethered as the car is a distance from the charger. Only thing to consider is you have to buy a cable, which isn't cheap as...
To get back to the original question(s)...
There are plenty of Power Meters which will tell you how much you have used, just Google Power Meter - anything from £8 to fully certified at £100+. Lots of them will allow you to put in a price per kWh and more and more have an App, so you don't even...
Thanks for that. I only used the granny charger for a couple of weeks until we had the Zappi installed, and even then just left it charging until the car shut it off.
Just had a puncture and the garage needed to weld a standard nut onto the (rusty) locking nut to remove it. Of course the wheel nut key was destroyed in attempts before that, so needed the sledgehammer approach for the rest of the wheels 'cos without the key what happens if you get another...
