Living peacefully in Beautiful West Wales for the last 5 years.
Moved here with my wonderful wife of 24 years Jenny, cat Sydney (akaThe Frog) and my best mate, my dogue de bordeaux Seren. (Sadly both pets now passed away) Briefly as humanly possible...........
I left the Army in 1991 after 6 years and 100 days, (on reserve til year 12)
Left with my HGV1 and dog handling qualification.
Agency work for a couple of years before joining Esso Petroleum as a tanker driver.
Met Jenny in her petrol station 1997, married her in 1999 ??.
Left driving, and run the garage together for a few years.
Then run various pubs and hotels together, Rickmansworth, Patchetts Green, Kings Langley, Norton St Philip.
Jenny was diagnosed with a brain tumour in 2017 which changed everything.
That really focused our minds and made us realise that working all the hours was not the be all and end all.
Trying to cut a short story shorter? here we are in Wonderful West Wales, Jenny having retired when we moved here, and myself down to 1 day a week (Sunday) driving Class 1 for a firm in Cross Hands.
