Many thanks,to everyone that has helped us with our charging problems,we were finally able to charge our car yesterday after myenergy told me there was an update pending and I called as my hub wasn't on the new Zappi and it now has a built in hub.Have a great day and Thanks once again ?

Many thanks,we had a problem and our hub didn't connect with the new Zappi ,phoned myenergy and there was a update pending so yesterday I did get to car my car,Happy Days.

Don't have any box for TV,thanks for your reply Have disconnected the battery for 10 mins and that hasn't solved the issue,that's for the help

We can charge it any DC and AC away from the home.many thanks for your reply,when I went up Tescos to do a rapid charge,I spoke to another ev charging person in Tescos and he said it sounds like a software issue.

It's worked perfectly untill now. The car has no on board schedule as it was the first mg ev and 45 battery,this has only happened 4 weeks ago and we are puzzled thanks for replying
