Unfortunately there is evidence that the stage 2 fix doesn't work now , I believe that's why MG have resorted to calling it a "Characteristic "

Hi all , as some of you may know I've posted a number of videos on you tube on the vibration and the way MG, the dealer, finance company treated me. By no means is the episode over. Anyway the truth ? There are so many people denying there is a problem, if they feel their car doesn't vibrate...

It's not all about the settings is it? It's about the finance company, my bank the dealer and MG worming out of their responsibilities and abusing the legislation, consumers rights and the law. If you want to support that behaviour go ahead , you obviously have issues with me standing up for...

I need to look into the settings as I have not adjusted any , it was just how it came back from the dealer

It's not a gentle reminder, since they supposedly fixed it , it's an aggressive constant left, right sometimes uncontrollable, take your hands of the wheel it seems to steer ok itself, a basic requirement for a car at this money is cruise that works, I will have to play with the settings...

Few points of the video you missed , dealer and MG said the update fixed the car when it made it worse, wife did have accident at lower speed without cruise due to random steering episode, I personally want to keep the car, the drive shaft vibrations will be fixed regardless of MGs ever changing...

The car needs to be insured correctly as I couldn't afford to replace it , I checked with them after a family member had a similar issue with a VW, the car was taken off the road and replaced till fixed, it was a mobility car Nothing to do with hits just following the laws and legislation in place

I've gone through a rejection where the finance company oodle cherry picked MGs emails, was also told I had to prove the vibe was not a characteristic by obtaining a comparable vehicle, and demonstrating to dealer, They also ignored there independent inspection which declared it as a fault and...

I hope it works out, strong case when MG says it's a characteristic, but previously described it as a fault. I know in my case all parties have had conversations on how to shut me down. Good luck Neil

I wasn't 100% sure and not what the bank told me, just how I understood it. I thought they might get their money back or at least be sure they are going too. Thank you for the info. All I know is they have put a deadline on both finance company and the dealer. Regards Neil

Full solution, fault description and funny how the parts were shipped and ready in their distribution centre to deliver to dealers, I'm assuming there different parts too what's on at factory, ready to go solution, it's just fix one have to fix all or recall which is what they are avoiding.
