Mine take around 30 seconds to connect. when the car is unlocked, it starts to boot so by the time I’ve got in and switched the car on, its already connected. Have you updated it to the latest software?

I would get a higher rated one than this one. Most home chargers are 32amps now which is 7kw. This 16a one would get rather hot or even burn out if you tried to charge at 32a. Be careful.

It’s the same day rate no matter what time slot or duration you have for the reduced date. The price has just, in the last few days, increased from 13.72p.

Try it a second time. EO suggested to me that the timer would work once then would require a reboot. It failed for me when the off peak timer was set.

I replaced an Audi A6 with my MG ZS EV. Don't miss it at all. Love the money I'm saving though, especially the £0 road tax compared with £42 per month for the Audi! Cheaper monthly payments, cheaper insurance, etc...
