Just an update on the charging part of the app. I suddenly lost connection to this part. I uninstall & reinstall the app but it made no difference. the version is now ver 2.02. On that note I have another phone which has the app on it but not registered to my account, this has the app ver 2.01...

I would uninstall & reinstall the app. Then you know it's not your phone. Apps sometimes will only partially work, so it's worth trying.

Did it work OK before you updated the app? Now some silly questions, have you gone through the steps like:- unlock & locking, Uninstall the app restart phone and install again. This is just to eliminate any ussues when updating to the new version.

It's good to know this worked. It should be the first thing to try before going down rabbit holes.

Judging by your picture your tyre pressure is low. This does make some difference. Try setting your driving mode to eco and heating to auto 25 celcius is ok. I suppose you get it colder earlier than we do in Ireland .
