Drivers door window controls not working.

Yes it was a known fault. The garage replaced wiring loom I think but anyway they knew what the issue was.

    Travelling in France

Thread 'Driving through France to Provence' Driving through France to Provence Chargemap Card was a must have, really useful. Toll Roads are good so consider Bip and Go Tag. Tesla superchargers open to all south of Lyons. Service Stations a bit like ours, hit and miss. Tough leads adapter...

Air Con cutting out on Cold Air setting

Anyone had their Air Con cut out sporadically when on Cold Air, Snow Flake button on, setting. Cold Air is being produced but it cuts out sporadically with the whole air con stopping. It then will only restart if the Cold air button is turned off and then the air Con button turned off and on...

DIY Swap dumb Podpoint charger for Zappi

Building Regs I think: https://topcharger.co.uk/can-i-install-my-own-ev-charging-point/ However I have all the fusing and wiring in place but I think this article suggests a sparky is needed.

    This should get interesting fast

Sounds great. We had a place in Samokov some years back. We did the South of France last year, 2500 miles touring thru France. Thank goodness for Tesla charging South of Lyons.

DIY Swap dumb Podpoint charger for Zappi

Hi all I want to upgrade my Podpoint dumb charger for a Zappi charger. Has anyone got experience of this and if so is it something I can or should easily do myself? All the wiring and fusing is obviously in place and it would be a 7kw for 7kw charger. Thanks

Drivers door window controls not working.

Hi the garage fixed it with a new part as per known fault. They had to strip door twice and get authorisation from MG to do it.

2nd Service Expensive and New Brake Discs needed? Really?

I will leave them until I absolutely have to change them ie mot. This is the dealership conundrum, how are they going to make money and it seems that they are going to charge silly money for a set of routine checks Gripe over!

2nd Service Expensive and New Brake Discs needed? Really?

Lipped and coroded. To be fair they are, rear wheels only. I will start using the brakes more.

2nd Service Expensive and New Brake Discs needed? Really?

So just had 2nd service and it cost £220. Seems very expensive? They charged £1.25 for topping up the screen wash? £30 for a pollen filter. The car is leased which is a disadvantage when it comes to servicing. They then advised after a visual inspection the brake discs needed replacing. The...
