What is the overall length of the granny charger and is the box with the lights waterproof? Is there any option to extend the car side of the cable to avoid having the box part outdoors?

Hi I'm in the UK and considering purchasing a ZS EV and should qualify for the Affinity scheme. Most of the online deals I have seen say it's available on the 4.9% PCP. Does this mean it can only be bought on that PCP or can it bought outright cash? I did a quick calculation and the total cost...
