Thank you for your answer. It's a problem here; I logged in but was requested to bond the phone with the car, and when I tried, the answer was, "The car is already bonded; unbind the car and bond again." - I can't unbind it until I bond it; it's a vicious circle.

I changed my phone, and the car remained bonded with the old phone (I don't have it anymore). I should have unbound the old phone to bond with the new one, but all attempts were unsuccessful. Do you have any advice or a phone number to contact customer service for the server? Many thanks for...
