UK Owners - How many miles are you getting on a full charge?

I find this discussion of what you can get out of the battery very interesting. I usually charge my car to 90% and then potter about the Isle of Wight. Invariably I find that I can drive more than 60 miles as the battery level drops to 70% - using up 20% of the battery, even in the cold(er)...

Charging at Heythrop Park Hotel, Oxfordshire

Thank you all for your responses. As I suspected, nothing is simple. The likelihood of me using PodPoint again on my travels is very remote, so I think I will give it a miss. I don't want to have to preload money to an account and then not use it all. I will visit Banbury and top up there with...

Charging at Heythrop Park Hotel, Oxfordshire

Thank you. I will have to download it and presumably set up an account before I go.

Charging at Heythrop Park Hotel, Oxfordshire

I cannot get any sense out of ZapMap or Podpoint, which owns the 44 chargers at Heythrop Manor Hotel (Warners) near Enstone in Oxfordshire. I am contemplating staying there for a few days later in the year. Does anyone know whether I HAVE to have the PodPoint app (which I don't particularly want...

Good but different You Tube videos you have stumbled across

Utterly brilliant. Freddy would be so proud of this performance.

    At last!

You wouldn't like to come and do mine would you.........:(.? Try as I might I can't get either of the jets to line up where I want them, and the dealership doesn't seem able to either judging from their attempt at its first service.

MG4 Spotted! : Was it you?

I regularly see a Blue MG4 SE going the other way early morning when I am on my way to golf in my Trophy, and often several others on the route, plus an Orange Xpower belonging to the chef at a local pub, not to mention at least 4 5's running round the Island as taxis.

    New to the MG4

Interesting. Today we have a heavy frost, so possibly a good time to do a little experiment......

    New to the MG4

Could be just cold weather... the tyre pressure monitor on my Mg4 Trophy occasionally says that pressures are too low in the early morning when we have a sharp frost (scraping ice off the winsdscreen weather). I normally set my tyre pressures to 37psi, (255kPA) and in warmer weather this is...

    Most useful MG4 accessory?

I fixed a £10 cycle light from Halfords to the passenger side grab handle. Works a treat.

    Charging in the Aberystwyth area

That all sounds just what I need to know. Thank you. I shall continue with my plans for a visit I think.

    Charging in the Aberystwyth area

I will have a look, but as I charge at home at the moment I have little idea of what is out there. Watch this space. Edit. There is not a lot in the Ventnor area, but nowhere is very far on the Isle of Wight. The ones at the Botanic gardens in Ventnor are not working as far as I know. Morrisons...

    Charging in the Aberystwyth area

I have the Tesla app on my phone and have set up an account, but at the moment, when I try to sign in the app simply repeatedly returns me to the sign in page. As you can see, I live on the Isle of Wight and unfortunately there are no Tesla chargers over here, so I am restricted to try them on...
