well some might argue £111 pound for a car service this day n age is good ..... maybe but from the video and info received from Drive it appears they were mainly interested in my tyres ...... what should be checked on an ev vehicle ?
Yes older people struggle with the rear belts ..... Had quite a few moans from passengers..... You need 2 hands to fasten them might look at the solution from Amazon and see about 3d printing my own
on the same vain .... I have a mg5 and if any "old" people are in the back they can never fasten the seatbelts as the lock which is bolted to the floor is on a webbing type material and is very difficult to hold and connect..... any one else experienced this ?
and is it possible to swap out...

yes ... looking at zapmap , I think I might use birch services on the m62 on the way there and probably to make sure on the way back what sort of time does it take to "fill" say 50% ?
not sure ... it is supposed to have a range of 214 miles ,and to be fair i appear to get 2 miles per 1% as a rough guide . but driving to Leeds and back last week 130 miles it was not doing as well ,but lights /demisting/heating / wipers were all on the whole journey ... this is the worry to...
hi guys ,love the car mg5 had it a year now and only used a granny charger at home does everything I need .
but now my son has asked me to pick him up at Manchester airport which is 130 miles from me... so no problem I can get there but will need a charge to get back home .
so using zapmap app...
thanks I do have a couple of smart plugs connected to alexa not sure if they could take the current or I could convince alexa to switch on and off when its sunny

The wife and I also have a run to Northallerton on a Monday bit of walk/shopping/pub lunch, and the public car park has free charging so top up a little...
not at present .... still scratching my head on that one ... or if I need one ...... but should mention I am retired so charging is probably not as important to me as to people who have to travel to work everyday
