That's similar to mine, 18 months old, 16000k 98% according to car scanner yesterday. Calibrate the BMS by discharging to below 10% leaving for an hour then charge to 100% and let the battery ballance, as per user manual. An incorrectly calibrated BMS with give you a low SOH

The indicators flashing is a warning to other cars that you are stopped incase they run into the back of you. It is over sensative and likely to confuse other drivers. You can turn this feature off so the indicators no longer flash
