    Range loss in Winter

200miles on a fully charged ZS EV in Winter!. With the wind blowing in the right direction, finding a large lorry to pull us alone, and it being warmer that 5'C. If I get 200miles I'll be very happy.

    MG App stopped working!

Been pretty stable here over the last year.. Why should Chinese software be their strong point?, they only have what they have because they stole it from the West !

    ZS used pricing

Be aware in the Winter, the reversing camera often misted up, and becomes less clear than it does in the Summer months, coupled with the front camera being out, due to internal moisture most of the Winter months for the first 5-10miles of any trip. It's a could do better, but at a cost!

2024 Long Range Trophy charging issue

Used Blink once I think and deleted the app. Disconnecting the negative terminal of the battery for 10 minuted always seems to work when DC chargers freeze our MG. .

    Heating cab

It will never get as warm as an ICE car, in fact my left foot feels frozen even when we have our heat on full in Normal... Needs better thermal insulation in the footwells.

Insurance quote: "Is your car fitted with a tracker?"

No, AirTags are not permanently installed.

    Three Months In An S5

It's a cheap vehicle made in China, trying (not too hard) to be a quality European car. Should we expect any thing else. Temu on wheels !

    Charging question

Yes but most in the Summer months.

Has anybody been watching the last series of TV programme Shetland🤔🙂

Was the MG4 the same as the previous series? This series MG4 had a rear wiper..

Lowest Declared Voltage Tolerance and Charging

I've not experience this issue, but from what I have read (on this forum and others) you are not alone in experiencing voltage drops at night below the regulated tolerance. Seems like a transformer tap change is required.

    Tax Code for Pensioners.

Did we watch or listen to the Budget? It was laid out that from 2027 that pensioners will not pay tax on their standard state pension. So no need for the partition !

    Finally given up!

MG = Chinese, Cheap vehicles, low quality build, very poor after sales support. list goes on. BUT we are all attracted like moths to the street lamp at night, to a bargain list price, and a long list of technical goodies !.

FORWARD COLLISION AVOIDANCE - not working

Sorry matejF you're mistaken, there are a good number of companies that priorities quality over cost, you only need to at Apple or Rolls-Royce.... but if you're just looking at Chinese car manufactures your right, high low cost tech (to draw in the punters (sorry customer), with a 1990's driving...
