I'm running the same public RC Beta iOS 26.3.. and works fine. But I gave up trying to get wired CarPlay working 6 months ago, purchased CarPlay Dongle from Amazon and been flawless ever since.

Had our OBD2 dongle left plugged in for over two years, never been an issue with the alarm in our MG ZS TLR.
