I have pushed down in the spaced that are arrow highlighted, and I felt that it slid a bit down and seemd to be more firm.

Have you tried the solution that I posted one post above? It rarely "clicks" now.

If you press on this plastic "bar" it will "fit in" and the sound will stop (at least seems to be stopped for me) , will let you know once I have more km done.

I have the same creaking sound , from driver's side, however it's the EU version so it is on the left side. It feels like the glass of the window is touching somewhere. The sound is prominent when the chassis of the car is bent a little when driving on a bumpy road.
