Hi all. I did get it working after much sorting of various aspects such as connecting to the internet. Connecting back to the suppliers servers, etc. Got the firmware updated and then app connected and is now working! Which is good. But my goodness, what a mission to achieve.

FYI all. Had a new charger (ICS) installed. Also not working. So confused. I just wish it would not work anywhere but it only seems to be here at home on the 7kwh charger. Working fine on the domestic charger.

@Diggsy had a new cable yes (actually tried three different ones). What is strange is that for 2hours and 39 minutes the charger worked fine!

@Ian Key thanks for your swift response. Interesting what you have said about LR Vs SR as I have a SR (standard range I assume you mean) and the dealer went through the limiting to 80% and said this was in health mode (and it says this on the car controls). Many thanks for your tips!

Are you saying that if you have solar you would not be able to charge? I am having lots of trouble charging mine with a pod point charger, but it did seem to work through a domestic plug (although this ignored the 80% max charge setting). I also have solar panels and not sure if this is...
