I do climate first then seats and wheel. No probs . But for some reason when asking for charge first I get the popup

Hi, Anybody else had this pop up. Charged car from app. Went to ask for climate to defrost car, and get following message. What's the point if you can't do multiple things. No probs on Tesla, or e Niro. The whole idea is to stay in the warm while car defrosts.
