I'm sorry to hear that - it happened to me too. I calculated out what it meant to me in 'real terms' and on my deal it was about £1k. If it is any consolation, the car is fabulous and very much worth it.

Yep I have the long range - I only picked it up last Saturday and I've done one longish run (100 miles) and some around town driving. It held the charge well on the long run- the range went down exactly mile for mile with the actual distance. Thanks for that 80% tip - will do.

Thank you - it was because the charging level was set at 50 PC and the battery was at 53 PC. I've swiped to 100 PC and it is now charging. It seems daft but how would I have known that ? The user manual is a little short on detail! Thanks for your help - I love the car but I'm not good at...
