Maybe I’ll go back to a EV at a later date…don’t think it’ll be a MG though…there will be the odd thing I’ll miss..don’t think I’ve ever been left at the lights…they maybe a bit in front of me..till they have to change up to second..then it’s bye bye…the dash cam plug by the mirror..other things...

Yes, the ZS LR was my first…don’t think a bigger battery would make much difference, it doesn’t matter how big the battery is, it’s more a case of how long it takes to charge an EV and there’s nothing out there EV wise that you could charge up in five minutes (yet)..

Yes I normally charge overnight, but as you say, it’s about 6 hours to get a decent amount of charge in it, I think if there were more hydrogen cars and places to fill them, I would have looked at getting one of them as it would take about 5 minutes to fill them…but hay ho..diesel it is.. and...

I have a wall box..so faster than a granny charger…but still faster to fill a diesel..

I have a home charger, but if I have been out and about and it’s down to about 10% and I have a emergency, I will still have to charge it at home for 1/2 hour probably longer than that or go out and look for a fast charger..

Umm, it’s a good 5 minutes to fill a diesel and about 45 for an EV…as I have an old mum (86) who’s about 30 minutes away, it’s a lot easier to fill an diesel car and get over there, if there’s a emergency, then trying to find a EV charger and the time to put a charge in it..one of the reasons i...

Well after having a think, 🤔 (did you smell the burning?) I was going to run the MG ZS for another year, as most of you know, I’ve never really liked the car, I don’t know why, I just don’t.. why did I buy it, I don’t know, well I do, I was running a MB estate and I didn’t need a big car, I’d...

    MG ZS EV Servicing Costs

Yes, I know I’m going to have to get in done, but there must be some others places that aren’t trying to rip me off..£144.67 for them to do, what? A look around the car? And maybe an update..I’ve done 11600 miles..

Unity Coventry - MG Dealer Discussion, Opinions & Experiences

Had an email from them yesterday, to tell me my car needs a service, only £144.67 and a free wash and vac..so I asked what I get for the £144.67 to be told, they look over the car? And do any updates if needed..so as far as I see it..nothing, but taking my £144.67, I’m sure I can get it wash and...

So do you like your MG ZS EV?

The ZS as it’s my daily driver, the Porsche only comes out the garage on very sunny days (which isn’t very often this year) I tax it for 6 months, over the winter it sits in the garage..as for the wow factor of the Porsche over the ZS, I don’t expect the ZS to go around corners as fast or flat...

So do you like your MG ZS EV?

Funny, you say that, I did go off and have a look at “BYD” which not perfect, just seemed a nicer car, ok it was £45k, boot was smaller than the ZS, which not a big deal, would just need to stick the seats down for the golf clubs…but with a trade in of around £19k for a car that was less than a...
