Local roads - one pedal drive and energy saving on - gives me 3 to 3.6. If its cold and a short journey we get 2 to 3... I think heating the car up on a short journey is a killer.

Good battery management habits isn't a bad idea though.
If you are sat in the car for extended periods of car and not moving e.g. waiting in a car park etc. Hit the brake pedal to put the car in READY mode. This make sure the car is awake and drawing power from the main battery and not the 12V.

Just more evidence on how it actually works. I need 10% tonight which is just under two hours charging. Plugged in and ev energy has scheduled exactly two hours charging. It can only do this if it had all the relevant data points.
