Yes I agree I try to use the handle rather than the boot lid, but find it very awkward and I don’t have arthritis.
Hopefully the gas struts will get a bit easier over time.

All in all I am very happy with the car, the way it drives, running costs and the quality is better than the plastic I was expecting.
I Do have a couple of gripes with the cheap seat material and the user interface of the infotainment system is a bit slow but so far that’s all.
I have not found the fan or the ac to be particularly power hungry, but I have got into a habit of only using it when necessary.
I keep the fan on 1 most of the time which is sufficient and quiet.
Car draws 1Amp when stood usually and 2Amp with ac on background,
I am new to my EV and accidentally left the ignition on when I vented the sunroof on a hot day, 6 hours later the 12v battery was dead and I needed a booster pack to reset and put it back in drive.
That was with nothing running.
If you press the sunroof button with the sunroof and shade closed, it will open the rear of the sunroof and the shade about 10 cm to vent the car.
Best compromise I can come up with, you can also lock the car like that.
I had an issue last weekend where I parked up for the night after having no issues, next morning went to go out and got an EPB fault along with a number of issues relating to the brakes.

Not exactly the same, CarPlay is greyed out and when using lightning to USB C supplied with the phone it will not recognise my iPhone 13 Pro, or my wife’s.
