This is the first set of seat cover I installed so retains difficult to compare. However they are tight fittings so a bit of "tugs & pull" is required but not too difficult m. It did take over an hour to get a good fit though.
As mentioned they do provide some good extra padding making the...
There is also another piece for the arm rest but I didn't use it as I already have another one installed that it's much better fitting.
Overall having used them for several days now they really do feel great and very much more comfortable.
I also got this set in black/orange with "Mulan" logo on the front seats. They fit great although did take some time to install properly - skinned my knuckle trying to install the hooks under the front seats but hey-ho. They looks very original and feel very comfortable after fitting - much more...
I think one of the more important "free" improvement would be to add an option for at least 2 drivers profile settings (seat & mirrors) which can be recalled. All the technical stuff are already there (at least on my Trophy) so should be a simple software update I suspect.
You should ensure you get the latest software update (R63) for the infotainment, which shoulder be a massive improvement if you have an older version.

- better AC control
- easier...
Ok, so got the car serviced and checked out a couple of weeks back.
Car was collected and delivered back. Software (infotainment) has been updated and it is now generation-improved upon what I had previously when I first got the car (now R63 whereas previously R30). However, the heated...
Mine had been quite toasty from new although this ceased since the screen flicker issue arise. Have booked the car back in for later this month to get this checked out.
Will give an update over I get a better idea of what's causing this.
Got my MG4 Trophy back from is first service yesterday. Now have the latest R63 software on the infotainment, which is nice (was on R30).
Unfortunately the heated steering wheel has decided not to play ball anymore. TBF I had the problem before the service when the infotainment screen decided...
Thank you for the info. Hope to get the right software update when the car is serviced - it is being pick-up/return so will have to keep fingers crossed that the dealer got the right software.
Just managed to select radio and change the DAB station - pot-luck getting to the radio function but keep pressing and eventually once if my finger worked 😂. The screen now works correctly again and can get at the AC controls as well as the reversing camera etc.
Let's hope it stays that way...
Thanks for clarifying.
I tried to change the DAB radio station this morning but could not even select radio function to do so.
Have reset the infotainment multiple times with no joy.
