I did wonder if it was a protective layer but it's an '18 plate so the previous owner didn't remove it! I didn't want to pick at it. I'll take a photo and post here!

During the recent snow, I wasn't driving the car. When I did a week later, the sat have display screen is all blistered. The programmes all still work but the screen is ruined. Has anyone else had this please?
