If teh warranty says 12 months for interior, I wouldn't hope for much ... Mine is 2022 second hand with 43,000 miles and the seats still look like new... If I were you, I wouldn't waste money on second hand car seat and maybe I wouldn't even bother repairing it until it's time to sell it ...

not sure what function is not working on your car but check out page 59 of the instruction manual for reset and windows functions and see whether that helps. on mine, only drivers window is "one touch" up or down
