Checking my latest bill, Eon off-peak is actually 6.571 pkWh (for my area). So nearly 10% cheaper than Octopus off peak rate.

But Eon haven't released a new price tariff yet for July, which may put it cheaper again. They might not release a July tariff in which case the Octopus deal is better.
If you don't have an approved charger for IOG then Eon is by far the better choice.
Eon Next Drive V3 is already cheaper than the Octopus tariffs for off peak at 6.571p/kWh, so hopefully a drop in July will put it cheaper again.
You need to update to Eon Next Drive V3. It's
