The Ismart app is rubbish always needs logging in . Token expired . Been in touch with mg developers from the contact in the app . They are useless as well 😝
Nearly everyday . The customer service is terrible. There is no way I am giving them my details . Like I say if you go on the App Store reviews for this app . Loads are saying they are always getting logged out .

We got the connect the Amazon app does not work anymore. The Ismart app is ok . Just get logged out all the time saying token expired.
Think everyone has the same problem. Got in touch with there support. They ask for my car vin number . User name and password.

When you click on music it locks my infotainment out . The this is the connect was sold for this purpose to use Amazon music . We all paid an extra £500 for this feature and now doesn’t work.
Since having the mg zs ev lr trophy connect the infotainment has never had a software update.

What you have said makes no sense whatsoever. The app has had bug fixes . Why would you not update the app ?
