We got the connect the Amazon app does not work anymore. The Ismart app is ok . Just get logged out all the time saying token expired. Think everyone has the same problem. Got in touch with there support. They ask for my car vin number . User name and password. As if I am going to do that .

Just sit in the car set to low and put it normal. If it goes cold it’s fine ? you don’t have to go for a drive.

Have you tried clearing your cache and logging out and back in ? I. The app is working perfectly now . What you have said makes no sense whatsoever. The app has had bug fixes . Why would you not update the app ?
