ive managed to get the new door on and closed , so will be leaving the welding to the bodyshop . so wont be touching it .

I've taken the head unit out , and it revealed 2 screws that hold on the leather trim that goes down to console, that's as far as I've gotten. I can't see any screws on the console . I want to prise up the dial gear selector and charge pad , maybe it will reveal something , also need to try...
